He has a strong track record of performance on multi-million dollar partnerships, and has pioneered strategies to maximize monetization and audience growth. As a founding member of the Creator Success team at $1.7B Creator Economy unicorn, Spotter, he led a $200M+ channel portfolio, building trusted relationships with world-class creators like Dude Perfect, Donut, Jordan Matter, FaZe Rug, Airrack, and others, while directing innovative analytics research, driving multi-million-dollar revenue gains, and literally changing the creator success game.
Previously, Kevin directed a top-flight team at Little Dot Studios managing a multi-million-dollar portfolio of high profile brand channels like Ford, Bravo, Peacock, The WWE, The Fast and The Furious, and Universal Studios.
Kevin’s journey in content, editorial strategy, live streaming, and data-driven decision-making began with CrossFit INC., where he earned the coveted YouTube Gold Play Button for surpassing 1M subscribers, helped change the world of fitness, and distributed record-setting documentaries to iTunes and beyond.
